Klaus Hildenbrand first came to Jávea in 1995 and fell in love with the area straight away. In 2001 he moved his residence from Germany to here. Through many years of collaboration with a spanish real estate company, lawyers, notaries, tax consultants, architects and through training courses, he became familiar with the local real estate business over the years. Speaking 4 languages, he has a wide access to an international clientele.
